Mushroom Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
2 pounds mushrooms, quartered
3/4 cup butter, melted
3 cups fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup white wine (vermouth, chablis, etc)
freshly ground pepper

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place one third of mushrooms in buttered casserole. Cover with one third of the bread crumbs, and drizzle with one third of the butter and wine. Sprinkle with pepper. Repeat twice. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Simple and delicious!
