Zucchini Quiche Recipe
Yield: 18 servings
Ingredients:
2 partially baked pie crusts
Grated Gruyere & Emmenthaler cheese
Grated Zucchini
6 eggs
3 cups heavy cream
1 tsp. White Worcestershire
Dash of nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grate zucchini the night before, leave in colander overnight. Cover bottom of pie shells with cheese, then zucchini, then top with more cheese. Combine eggs, cream, Worcestershire & spices and pour evenly over filled pie shells. Bake for 45 minutes.
